Recently my OS upgraded to Windows 10 latest version and iBall Soft AP Manager is not responding now. What should I do? I have already tried installing the latest iBall software available on the net.

I have a data card, I will connect my data card to a laptop,
then I will launch iBall application, from this application can I create a hotspot and use the internet on my mobile. Please help out.
